Hey, there's some room down here so I might as well write something, eh? EH? Yeah, so Provincials was fun. We got up insanely early, caught the first ferry out of Dodge, and made it to Mishra's in time to wait around for the tournament. Jeff and Nathaniel were there, so like John's article says we had a strong Victoria crew vying for the coveted playmats. Long story short, Tyler drew into the top 8 while Jason, Nathaniel, the Ripper and I were playing for the top 8 in the last round. Jason won his match, Ripper beat Nathaniel in a game 3 which might have involved a double mulligan ( :/ ) and my Affinity went down to a U/W deck with maindeck Damping Matrices and Annuls. Good showing for Victoria, poor showing for me -- so what else is new?. Um, what else... oh, cool decks? There was a lot of Kokusho there, both in a weird mono-Black Legend deck and in G/B Death Cloud. Kodama made an appearance in some Broccoli deck and there was this deck that used a lot of artifact lands to make certain creatures cost less and to sacrifice to some Arcbound creature causing ....
